　　一、大量使用被动句
　　商务英语句式和汉语句式存在诸多的差异，其中最突出的方面体现在商务英语中主 从复合句和被动语态的广泛应用。汉语中主动语态的句式比较普遍，而商务英语文本中因考虑行文的流畅连贯等因素，常用被动语态。

　　【例1】 Visitors are requested not to touch the exhibit.

　　【例2 】With facilities like this it is expected that the proportion of private investments in the market will become truly significant, and the market may change in character .

　　二、结构复杂化
　　在商务合同等法律文件中，为防止误解和不便，多用长句等法律公文句式。这些长 句往往用主句带从句，从句套从句的“枝状结构”，其结构严谨，语义层次分明，体现了 语言的逻辑严密性。

　　【例3】如任何缔约方形式上或事实上对本协定所附有关减让表中列明的任何产品的 进口设立、维持或授权实行垄断，除非该减让表中有所规定或最初谈判减让的各方之间 另有议定，否则此种垄断不得以提供平均超过该减让表所规定的保护水平的方式实施。
